Failed second use Best in kitchen and dining room

I bought it for cooking but the second time we used it was for an experiment, the water temperature in different bottles of water to keep it failed. The temperature, which should have been around 0 degrees Celsius, showed 23-24 degrees Celsius. It's practically useless. Really disappointing.
