Quality product. Works as advertised, tread raises when pushed and stays locked when pushed. Very satisfied. A few notes. Although I expected it to be long, I had to measure it first. Although it fits, it blocks storage on the shelf below. Also, as others have pointed out, make sure the power cord is hanging freely (down). If you try to rotate it 90 degrees, it doesn't go up and down as it should. However, this is clearly stated in the description of the voltage regulator.
