Review on Red Devil 4251 6-in-1 Painter's 🎨 Tool, 1-Pack, Black: The Ultimate Painting Buddy by Eldrick Carlton

Loved it when I first got it. My friend had an old one that he had worn since he was 18 so it was very worn and a little warped. When we decided to redo our half bathroom, it made sense to buy a new one. It was beautiful, shiny and sharp, we loved it. Until a few days ago the lower part broke off. According to the product description, "The brass-plated high-carbon steel nailer head can be used for drywall nailing and other hammering work." Well, I have to disagree. The copper plate has fallen off, and there is no solid steel in the head of the nail. As you can see from the photos, there is a thin T-shaped piece on the brass plate that needs to be held in place. We didn't even have those 4 months. On the other hand, other ways of using the tool seem fine. "A handy tool with six functions: scraper, spatula, chisel, putty remover, paint roller cleaner and nail setter." Just don't use it as a nail and you'll be fine. As for me, I will return to our old one as it is clearly of better quality.
