A simple knife in Chef's Knives
This is a really simple knife. Medium size, convenient for slicing fruits and vegetables. It is better to have a larger knife for cutting meat. It is very light and therefore fits well in the hand. But since it's not thick enough, I have to be careful when I cut potatoes. Overall I think this is a good knife for everyday light cutting.
