After my hairstylist said she had noticed unusual hair breakage which she thought was either due to increased stress or the straps on my cpap headgear, I decided to give this cap a try before the To use on the belts after reading reviews saying it might help. I've only been using it for a few weeks but it seems to have stretched a bit so I might try a smaller size for comparison if I order a second cap. It stays in place despite stretching.
