Okay, but you need more acceleration to get up.

I love that it contains pure ingredients and no sucralose or other harmful sweeteners. The taste is very pleasant. However, it doesn't deliver the same level of energy as its main competitors. So if you're just looking for a boost to get you through the day, this is great if you want one for an intense workout. You may need to add other mixes.
