holds litter; leaks cat pee

I bought this mat because one of my three cats is a floor pisser. I wanted to keep his mess off my floors. Unfortunately the design of this mat means that liquids run right through it and out the bottom. I wasn't aware of what was happening until the smell became unbearable. Sure, it holds litter, and if that's all you need great. But any iota of liquid and it's an absolute mess.

Pros

This is a great May but it’s too large to maintain. Vacuum daily and hose off bi-weekly

Cons

May not be soft or comfortable for cats to walk on

I’ve searched for a lot of different cat litter mats, but this is the best one I can find. I don’t know why all the other brands are so much smaller. It needs to be Big - like this one!
