Koss is known for reliable products with excellent sound quality. The CS195 lives up to that reputation and comes with an excellent Koss warranty. My only complaint is that the mic boom is on the left and cannot rotate fully, so it has to stay on the left. With my Plantronics headset at work, the headband can rotate fully, allowing me to switch between sides and ears if needed. Some days when you're on a lot of long conference calls, it's nice to let your main ear rest and switch to the other ear. With Koss, you must always use your left ear. That's why I gave 4 stars, not 5.
