I bought this part for my 2013 Dodge Avenger. I was very happy with the price as it was over half the price of the local parts store. The part was installed after receiving it over the weekend and worked flawlessly for a few days. Maybe the first week. My car has been in the garage ever since. The mechanic who worked on my car first ruled out a problem with the throttle body because it was brand new and had just been replaced. He thought the problem might be a sensor in the pedal and replaced it. It wasn't like that. He thought maybe the wires were bad. no, not that either. Tried another throttle body, works. My mechanic explained that there are 2 sensors in the throttle body and one of the sensors in the part we received is faulty. With all the positive feedback I think we just received a faulty part which could have been replaced but when we found out the part was bad we had just passed the 30 day return period. And I have to buy parts locally because my family with 1 car just can't be without a car anymore. I have messaged the seller and am hoping to return and get a refund. UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to seller customer service. I think I just received a faulty part and that sometimes happens. If I had time to wait for a replacement part I would give this seller another try and I will consider them again in the future. They were very prompt in all correspondence and were able to resolve my issues with empathy and understanding.
