This is a 1/16 inch radius round cutter. With a small radius, you need to make sure your wood is absolutely flat and the edge is flat (straight). Result. The quality of the nozzle itself is typically Freud - excellent. The 1/4" shank is perfect for that little curve. The carbide is well sharpened. I bought this attachment for store-bought walnut furniture and it worked great. If I didn't have other parts to assemble I would probably use a planer or grind the radius by hand. Most of my cutters are Freudian and when possible I gravitate towards them over others. For all Freud parts (most of which are available at Revain for a good price) see Freudtools .com
