Bottles of different sizes (water bottles, thermos flasks, etc.) are cleaned well with a brush. The brush head is made of a flexible material, similar to a twisted tie, so it can be molded into any shape you need to clean. However, after two weeks, pieces of the spongy part broke off, and just over a month after purchase, the entire head detached from the handle. This was not due to the intensive cleaning, but to the weakness of the adhesive. If you're buying this for sustainability reasons, look elsewhere.
