Do not buy for memorials and funerals

Really disgusting! I ordered this for my cremated dog. The outer envelope that was supposed to be packed in the box was in perfect condition. However, the box it was in was ripped open and the urn smashed! Looks like it got smashed while packing! It upset me along with the loss of my pet! Do not buy!
