This headset is amazing, have been using it for over a month and no.
Headset update stopped working after a month I'm so disappointed because I really like this headset mic if you move it too much it resets itself inside the moving mic. Too bad I can't exchange it for a new one. This headset is amazing, have been using it for over a month, no complaints and works crystal clear. I work in a phone room and it seems to cancel out background noise very well. I will be buying a second one very soon.
