Overall product should work. With this quarantine I really wanted to have a safer home. But I didn't like this brand either. Pros - - - Easy connection. Cheaper than other models. 1080p recordings and hard drive. Cons - - - No HDMI cable. Terrible customer support. - I had to send in my original dashcam as it broke on the 2nd day of use. Using their "1 year warranty" was a hassle. And they didn't solve my problem. Luckily, Revain had a return policy that I was able to use. Much better to work with amazon than with services.1 camera product not out yet - 4 cameras included and just as easy to install. I've had this for less than a year. But one of my cameras is already off on TV and she's talking about it but I'm not getting any broadcast or recording. Really shit. The DVR sucks, easy to use but requires too much patience. - one of my neighbors decided to leave us a message saying terrible things about us. We didn't know who the neighbor was so we checked the cameras. And records suck! They only save clips that are 5 minutes long. This means there are 12 separate movie folders for every hour of recorded video. It varied a lot and it was hard to know what time frame the note was left in and ultimately we never found out.
