Review on πŸŽ’ Charcoal Maxpedition CCW Enabled Backpack for Concealed Carry - Enhanced SEO by Jairah Brown

The perfect backpack

I switched to this backpack from the Maxpedition Falcon II because I wanted to get away from that 'tactful' look. I've been using this backpack for about 5 months now and it's safe to say I don't think backpacks could be any better. There are a couple of complaints I've seen in reviews that I'd like to address: 1 - The side pockets close at an awkward angle. This backpack is designed for concealed carry. There are handles on the sides of the backpack so you can sling it forward without taking it off your back completely and still have a strap on one of your arms. These side pockets are designed to be accessible from this style of "carrying". People don't seem to get that.2. Vacuum the water bottle holders on the outside of the backpack. Agreed. BUT - they also included INTERNAL water bottle holders which work great and can even hold a 32oz bottle of Nalgene. I only use the outside water bottle pockets for quick access to flat items like chewing gum or whatever.3. - No outside pocket. I don't see that as a problem as there are enough organizational options in the main compartment that I can access just as easily as if there were an outside pocket. If you use the inside water bottle pockets, you can also put things in these outside pockets when you really need them. In addition, the two main compartments have TSA locks. Less "unprotected" pockets = potentially safer pocket. Overall, I can say that a lot of love went into the development of this backpack. I used to be a big fan of Maxpedition. After being convinced of the quality and attention to detail of this backpack, I will never buy another brand's backpack again. Worth every penny.
