I really liked this product at first. It's not as dark as the previous one I had on 8 plus. I literally just received my new XR around 5pm on January 10th. I installed the protective film on the screen at 7:00 p.m. I have not dropped this phone or done anything with it. It's been on my bedside table since 9 p.m. I got to work at 8am and I see a huge crack all over the protective glass. I'm not impressed. I don't understand why it broke after only a few hours of use.
