Before installing I did a test run and it turned out that when you look at the phone from the right side when it is switched on, the screen is completely black. However, if I look at the phone from the left side, I can clearly see what's on the screen. I have returned the item and requested a full refund.

My phone fell face down on the pavement this morning and slid at least 2 feet before stopping. I have uploaded this picture as proof that this screen protector has withstood all the impacts. My phone is in perfect condition, not even a scratch. This is a great product so I ordered another pack. (Note: I also have a phone case.)

I really liked this product at first. It's not as dark as the previous one I had on 8 plus. I literally just received my new XR around 5pm on January 10th. I installed the protective film on the screen at 7:00 p.m. I have not dropped this phone or done anything with it. This product was great initially. Very smooth and felt like there was nothing on the screen which I really liked! You can spot all the smudges on see the screen So while no one could see the contents of your screen, they could see what looks like a very dirty screen and is now full of air bubbles.
