Slightly nauseous from fruit punch flavor

Slightly nauseous from fruit punch flavor. I would return it if I could. I've only used it once so I can't say if the product is effective or not. My friends said it works for them but I don't think I can take it again. I will look for a product with no taste. I had no problem shaking it. I have a blender bottle that comes with a stainless steel blender wire which may have helped.
