Ideal for sizes 5' to 9' and 5' to 10'!
I had shin guards but they are too bulky and heavy. I then tried Tanpeki Hayabusa pads and they don't offer enough cushioning. (but good for shin prep). Then I bought a pair of Windy signs, but I bought a size too big. So I bought a pair of these medium sized pads and they fit perfectly! Kicking the head is much easier because they are lighter. And they form better around my leg. Just make sure you pull them all the way down as they can rotate a little when sparring hard. Happy tipping!
