Absolute rubbish! I assembled them and carefully attached them to the roof rack. We loaded and connected and everything was safe. Less than 5 minutes after leaving the parking lot, my son (who luckily looked in the mirror) sees his board is detached. I stopped quickly and we found that all the nuts were loose! We pull them up along the edge of the highway and return to the road. The same happens two minutes later. Stop, drive up, back on the freeway. The board hangs overboard again in less than five minutes! We stop and find that one of the brackets is broken, so it cannot be repaired. We had to leave the board at the curb! I'll go back and better get a refund but I won't refund the money I lost having to give up the board.
