I recently bought a new Samsung QLED 49" knowing full well that the stand that came with the TV didn't match my furniture. Instead of replacing the furniture, I decided to just replace the stand. The price of the stand is a bit higher than some alternatives, but I chose this stand based on the reviews as I was told the stand would fit this particular TV (I didn't want to rush to buy it). disassemble and send back what didn't fit), the support team was quick to answer any questions, and I liked the material compared to others. Assembly was a breeze, the only part that took a little time was the installing the stands on the back of the tv Since the back of my tv is curved I had to use the spacers that came with it and 2 sets of different ones Use screws for the top and bottom holes. At first I was concerned that the screws are too long and too short and wouldn't work. But thankfully the TV comes with mounting hardware to make it usable. The stand is very solid and has some weight so I don't feel like it will tip over or wobble if I accidentally bump it or when I plug in the cables. The swivel feature is a plus as some TVs no longer have this feature with original stands. The stand is height adjustable and is great for mounting additional equipment under the TV. I recommend adjusting the height BEFORE placing the TV on the base as you will need to remove the screws to adjust the height and the weight of the TV can make this difficult. I like that mine is lower as my furniture is quite high and I didn't want to put anything underneath. Overall this is a great stand for my needs and solved my problem!
