Easy project, excellent mirror, no distortion.
Good fit and finish, looks like OE quality. Toyota did its part to make this replacement project easier. You don't have to remove the entire door panel, just a small part behind the mirror. It can be unscrewed immediately with a flat screwdriver. Three 10mm hex nuts are accessible with an open-end or ring wrench, and there is just enough slack in the motor cable for you to pull on and get to the connector.
