The best part about this program is that it allows me as an owner of my own Veterinary clinic to keep track of appointments, billings etc., without having to use multiple different programs. Also I can send reminders to clients so they never forget their appointment or any other important dates! This product helps us stay organized which makes our work flow seamless between myself and staff members. We are able to easily check patient files to see if the previous vet has seen them before we call him to schedule another visit, also helpful during emergency situations. There isn't much I dislike but there could be more options when editing information such as phone numbers and addresses. It's helped our office run smoother by keeping everything in one place instead of using multiple applications. Keeping records straight has been simplified greatly due to ease of access via computer or mobile devices.
