Can't comment on longevity yet as I've been using it for less than a month and change Oral-b every three months. I assume a similar durability. Oral-b has redesigned their deep cleansing floss/brush and I have not tested their latest version. They definitely clean deeper from Schallcare, to the point where you need to avoid too much pressure and time to clean. All of this can irritate the gums and cause little bleeding, similar to flossing. As with dental floss, this bleeding will go away over time.
