I bought this because I ran out of boy brows and didn't want to pay $16 for a refill, I'm SO glad I didn't. I will use that from now on. It holds the brows in place and isn't heavy (provided you apply it correctly) and have I seen some comments about flaking? No peeling, if it peels, you are not using this product properly. One stroke over the eyebrows is enough, done. For such a cheap product I'm very impressed, I don't normally buy cheap cosmetics but this blew me away and now I'm wondering why I'm spending so much money on products that work as well as drugstore. Brands?
