Review on Translation Service by James Jenkins

I have used this service twice now for two different projects, and both times they were amazing. The support staff was always helpful, friendly and very understanding of what we needed. They really know their stuff, and as an agency we are able to rely on them to get our work done quickly and accurately. I would definitely use them again. The only thing that I found difficult to work with was finding out who to communicate with regarding payment information and invoice details. Sometimes it took awhile to find the right person, but once you did that all went smoothly. Both times I've used them they came in under budget and delivered great quality translations.
