Review on πŸ”₯ HeatGear Tactical Compression Short Sleeve T-Shirt for Men by Under Armour by Sam Lee

Revainrating 5 out of 5

5 Stars. I wish I had tried these shirts on years ago.

This shirt meets your expectations. This is a "compression" fit, so it's meant to be snug against the skin. Other reviewers who said it was too small or too tight simply didn't know what they were buying and had to buy a "tight" shirt. This is the best tank top I have ever worn and I will be buying more of these to replace all my old cotton tank tops. Under Armor shirts have four distinct advantages over cotton: 1. They're cooler. I sweat less, which is always good. 2. When I sweat, they absorb sweat quickly and dry insanely quickly. (unlike cotton which stays wet for hours) 3: They have some sort of antimicrobial technology that doesn't really make the shirt smelly. (I wore the same shirt for several days in a row and there was no bad smell) 4: The shirt's compression fit actually has a slimming effect. Actually, number 4 was the reason I decided to buy this shirt. I'm approaching middle age and not in as good shape as I would like. I've had "man boobs" since puberty. Even when I was in good shape and very low in fat, they were there. Now that I have extra weight, they have become even more pronounced and noticeable, making me feel uncomfortable and awkward almost all the time. This shirt doesn't make me look fit, but it smoothes out the sagging parts of my body just enough to make me feel more comfortable. There is no logo on the left chest as shown in the pictures. It is located in the lower right corner of the shirt and is hidden when tucked into the pants. I'm glad they decided to move the logo to the new shirts. Although I use it as a tank top, I don't buy any clothing that makes me a walking ambassador for the brand. Under Armor doesn't pay me for advertising, so I prefer nondescript clothing. These shirts are actually original Under Armor.
