I'm 5'11", weigh 170 lbs and usually wear a medium size for all shirts. The average size is snug but not restrictive. The material is soft and after a few minutes I even forget to put it on. The length is just right - just enough to fill up and linger on but not too long so that it looks good even when unfilled. What I really like is the cut and the seams. A lot of shirts have this Sleeves sewn into the torso in simple tubes at a downward angle so when you raise your arms they pull the torso up.Not this shirt.The sleeves are sewn on so you have full shoulder freedom without pulling on the hem Shirt torso This is a great shirt for all sporting activities I have already ordered another one in a different colour.
