Review on 🔧 CDI Electronics 134-6452 Mercury/Mariner Trigger - 4 Cylinder (1976-1997) – Improved SEO by Jay Williams

I am very disappointed. I ordered the stator and trigger from CDI. The stator looks perfect. The trigger I ordered was supposed to be in an open box but brand new. The part I received in the dirty box is over 20 years old and has been on the boat the whole time. The wires are oxidized and have cuts. There are traces of grease, oil and scuffs on the plastic. I know CDI makes good parts, but sending me such parts shows a serious lack of inventory control. My engine is 1986 and the trigger is still fine and looks a lot better than the one they sent me. The only reason I ordered a new one was because I needed to replace the stator and could do it at the same time. I needed this part now. That mistake almost cost us our family vacation and our down payment. Be careful what you order.
