I love how easy it is to use, especially when you don't have developers or other IT support staff that are able/willing do complex things like this in-house (we're one of those companies). It's really good at what they say - tracking user engagement with bots by giving us insights into their performance over time so we can improve our communication strategies as needed! They also provide helpful training videos which help get people up & running quickly if need be but aren’t required per se unless someone wants them there! There has been no downside yet except maybe needing more technical skills than just being an average business person could handle? But once again not critical since most businesses will eventually hire these types folks anyway :) The only thing would keep me from recommending was perhaps some sorta pricing plan where instead having monthly fees each month after activation then paying annuals afterwards makes sense rather trying make everyone pay.
