Great for tracking campaign progress

I like that Botlytics helps my team track how many messages we are sending out, and what percentage of those messages are clicked. That is really useful information to see in real-time. The reporting module is not as robust as other platforms, so it's difficult to build custom reports or graphs. It would be great if they added more flexible filters. Having this level of visibility into bot messaging and engagement metrics is key to our success in growing our business. We can easily see where…

Great for connecting directly and seamlessly w/[Slacks product]

The best thing about this is that it integrates with Slack, which makes sense because of its popularity in business use cases such as customer service or sales support! I dislike having to rely solely upon their API calls when looking at data from our bots - there are times where we want more granular control over what's being logged/sent out than just through an HTTP call (e.g., sending logs using custom headers). It would be great if they could integrate some sort of logging framework so you…

Excellent tool for communicating easily and effectively

I love how easy it is to use, especially when you don't have developers or other IT support staff that are able/willing do complex things like this in-house (we're one of those companies). It's really good at what they say - tracking user engagement with bots by giving us insights into their performance over time so we can improve our communication strategies as needed! They also provide helpful training videos which help get people up & running quickly if need be but aren’t required per se…
