The best thing about this is that it integrates with Slack, which makes sense because of its popularity in business use cases such as customer service or sales support! I dislike having to rely solely upon their API calls when looking at data from our bots - there are times where we want more granular control over what's being logged/sent out than just through an HTTP call (e.g., sending logs using custom headers). It would be great if they could integrate some sort of logging framework so you can have better visibility into how often certain messages get sent back-and forth between users / clients etc.. This helps us analyze usage patterns across different channels like Facebook Messenger vs WhatsApp Web SDKs versus SMS APIs used by mobile apps; also helping identify areas within each channel requiring improvement via AIDI feedback loops.
