I will say that the tension loosens it. So when I do a lot of manual work, like straightening the sheet on the sofa, I remove it so it doesn't get in the way. don't relax. The watch is very easy to put on and take off. The only downside for me is that I can't just put it on the charger as the bracelet is a long connected piece, I have to move the charger to the watch. Not a huge difference but I used to keep the charger on my desk and it doesn't work with this type of strap. Just a very minor annoyance that I've gotten used to by now.
