Today in the pouring rain this bucket was delivered to our door. The box was ruined but thank goodness this Nellie was in a sealed plastic bucket so it was safe and dry. We are a small family and probably only wash about 2-4 loads a week. I've read some other reviews where some reviewers use multiple shovels. We've been using Nelly for a few years now; with 100 charging sockets; and never saw the need for it. Sometimes when my husband's work clothes are very dirty I'll add some borax, rub the stain or let it soak overnight, but we only use one scoop so this 1100 bucket will last our family for at least a few years. The best thing about this cleaner is that my little girl who has multiple allergies and reactions to some cleaning products has never had a reaction to Nellie. This bucket will probably save us a lot of money in the long run.
