Installed them on the rear springs and added the front springs with AMAZING results! Highly recommended!

I have a 2019 Honda CRV EX that has noticeable rolling problems. With so many options, I took a chance and tried a pair of red D-size bumpers for my rear coil springs. They were easy to install and it took me about an hour to lift one side at a time. Initially he raised both sides by 1 inch. I've driven an SUV after installing it and the rear is noticeably taller and much stiffer. After about 2km of ride the coils seemed to fall into their grooves and the ride got much better and the roll decreased by about 80%. After a test ride, I made sure the coils settled down and returned to their original height. My ride wasn't as stiff as it was initially, but now that the rear is stiffer, the front and steering seem "invisible compared to the rear". I was planning on reducing the role and they definitely controlled it. Price, they reduced my body roll without much cost or hassle. I may consider installing them on the front springs later. I decided to take another chance and ordered red B size bumpers. They fitted easily as I didn't have to remove the front tires. Once they were in place, I moved them to the top of the spools and attached them with the cable that came with them. ties. After lowering the front end, both sides are 2 inches taller at 33 1/2 inches. I tried the CRV to test them and the handling and steering are much better with the front and rear bumpers installed. You can feel the road better, but I'm so pleased with the improvements in handling and ride. The fenders are back to their original height of 31 1/2 inches when I measured them after a test ride. I can highly recommend these spring dampers as a cornering solution. Easy to install, great value for money and a solution to the caster problem.
