They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They're a bit smaller and shorter than the halogens I'm looking to replace in my halo eyeball mounts, but they fit in here easily. At full power on my dimmer, the luminous flux of the LEDs is identical to halogen and almost the same color temperature. You can't tell the difference between an LED and a halogen, they are equivalent at maximum brightness. However, at the lowest dimmer setting, the LEDs are still fairly bright, glaring even. I will return them and try something else.
