This is the absolute best thread for sewing a quilt. This makes the block construction much more precise than sewing with standard cotton or polyester thread. If you assemble the block with squares and sew on a diagonal, they will come out perfectly as there is no distortion due to the thickness of the thread. This thread also works very well in your machine. For those of you concerned about the use of polyfilaments on cotton fabrics, I believe that rule was lifted a while ago. I think you will love this thread!
