Finally! After trying countless hand quilting threads, I've finally found one that doesn't break or snap! I really wish it had a glossy sheen, but I guess you can't have everything. The thread I tried before was so nice and shiny and was $13 for a spool, but it broke and wore out endlessly.

When we encountered COVID19 supply chain issues, I was pleased that Revain had this in stock *and* delivered the next day. It is slightly thinner than Mettler Metrosene Polyester and sews very well with less lint. This theme is very good and now it's my new favorite. The price seems expensive, but considering how many yards of thread are on the cone, this is a steal.

This is the absolute best thread for sewing a quilt. This makes the block construction much more precise than sewing with standard cotton or polyester thread. If you assemble the block with squares and sew on a diagonal, they will come out perfectly as there is no distortion due to the thickness of the thread. This thread also works very well in your machine. For those of you concerned about the use of polyfilaments on cotton fabrics, I believe that rule was lifted a while ago. I think you will
