I had worked with them for years in different capacities so they are very familiar to me as both an employee and customer.

They have always been responsive when we've called or emailed about something that doesn't fit within their scope of work (as far as they know). We were never able to find anything that didn't meet our expectations at this time, but if there was a problem down the road it would be great to be able resolve it more efficiently than what is normally done without having to call someone directly from DCE. Their services include Colocation, Network design/build and managed hosting services which makes them fairly unique in comparison to many competitors in my area.
