Review on 🌡️ Inkbird IBS-TH1 Plus: Wireless Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor for Brewing, Meat, Plant, and Cigar Storage by Paul Lewis

I'm a home brewer and bought this to keep a close eye on the fermenting temperature. First, this thing is very compact and lightweight so it doesn't take up space. The thermometer probe is also quite long, which is also a plus. I had trouble pairing it with my phone initially, but my mistake was trying to pair it from the Bluetooth menu. The support was great and they just let me know it connects automatically through the app, alt. It worked. The app has the option to add multiple sensors if you want. The app interface is very user-friendly and allows you to take measurements at multiple intervals (1, 2, 5, 10 minutes, etc.). It also shows trends well. Temperature and humidity logs can also be easily exported and are in Microsoft Excel format. My only complaint is that if this thing gets logged every few minutes, you end up with LOTS of raw data in your Excel spreadsheet. I know there are ways to use Excel to draw, but I have yet to figure it out. This is my only complaint. Overall, it does exactly what it promises. It should be noted that there is no documentation in the instructions on how to change the battery, but it is very simple. You simply remove the back cover and you're done. This would be perfect for home brewing, hobby use, wine cellars, humidors, etc. I've attached some screenshots from the phone app.
