I bought this watch in January 2020 and it worked fine on T-Mobile on 2G GSM network until my 8 year old child broke the screen. We liked this watch so much that we bought a new one, but when we transferred the SIM card from the broken January 2020 watch to the new December 2020 watch, the cellular signal did not connect. I contacted the SpeedTalk SIM card company and this is part of the email they sent me. "T-Mobile has blocked 3G/2G network registration for any new activations or ports on any device starting June 1, 2020. .The customer can successfully complete the activation of the 3G/2G device, but cannot register on the network and will not receive the service. We recommend you upgrade to a 4G device."
