Was so happy when he got here. But then I found the packaging in a mess due to USPS shipping. I got it anyway. Nothing looked broken. After assembly I found that one of the structural rods was slightly bent. He's holding the door. Tried several ways to solve this problem. Spoke to Amazon about replacing the pole. I was offered to disassemble, repackage and send back. I then tried to contact the Repti Zoo. OK. Hey, I liked the tank. No phone numbers, just messages. Then I find out that at Repti Zoo there are no guarantees on anything you get other than their website. It was sold: Repti Zoo, Revain just shipped it. After a week there and back. Spare parts were not offered. I even offered to buy a part. Nothing at all. The only proposed solution is a full refund through Amazon. Now we pack.
