it looks cool Was defective and had a lot of latency with Bluetooth devices

I am really dissatisfied with this product. Pros: The design is elegant and classy. The color basically matches the color of my MacBook Pro. Latency (lag/delay) with my Bluetooth mouse when plugged into one of the USB 3.0 ports. This delay was not present when the Bluetooth receiver was connected directly to the MacBook via a USB 3.0 to USB-C converter. The USB-C port (the smaller USB standard on newer Macs) on the hub doesn't register my monitor and headset. , or my Bluetooth mouse (with a working USB 3.0 to USB-C converter that I plugged directly into my MacBook). After unsuccessfully troubleshooting the USB-C port, I unplugged the hub and plugged in a monitor. the back. The monitor has now failed to register and I had to hard reset my MacBook to restore port functionality. I was very nervous for a minute. I had to buy a separate USB 3.0 to USB-C converter, plug it into one of the hub's USB 3.0 ports, and then plug my headset into it for it to register. However, I'm hesitant to do this as I can't afford the delay between the sound and the picture in my work. I would also struggle with a jerky mouse. A defective USB-C port made this product unusable for me. I will be returning this product and buying something of better quality.
