Review on πŸŽ’ Enhance Your Urban Preparedness with Vertx Ready Pack Smoke Grey Backpacks by Bruce Marable

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good if you really need special functions

Pictures: All photos of Sig Rattler in the secret compartment. It bulges out a bit from the main compartment, but I can still fit a 15 inch laptop in with room. I bought the Sierra High Backpack from Costco and compared it to this Vertx Ready Pack 2.0. For my needs, High Sierra worked just as well and was $40 instead of $150 for Vertx, so I returned Vertx. Here are the things that set this backpack apart from most others: - Quick release main compartment pull tab - Dedicated concealed carry pouch with large pull tab - Bulletproof protective pocket If you need those things, then this backpack is for you. The space, compartments, size, etc. are comparable to any other backpack, so that's a minor thing in my opinion. I never wear my CCW out of my body, I only use the Vertx Concealed Carry Case to hold my Sig Rattler when hiking or traveling. Hidden compartment fits Rattler or AR pistol 17" long or shorter. It's not thick in width so the small folding brace on the rattle doesn't protrude when folded and fits nicely in this compartment. I ended up having it returned because my rattler fits in the computer bay of most backpacks, i don't need quick release buckles and i don't plan on putting body armor in a backpack. The build quality of the vertx is high, it feels thick and well tailored.I'm not, however sure how he'll live from day to day some things seem really overkill but they're cheaply made so I can't confirm their durability but it feels tougher than costco's high sierra if you have the features listed above need, consider the Vertx EDC Ready Pack 2.0 If not, there are many backpacks that will suit you and can save you big bucks.
