Review on TOPSCOPE FP7115MN Fuel E7115MN Wrangler by Ricky Gilbert

A week or two after installing this pump, a REAL job on my Wrangler, I found that my fuel gauge was anything but normal. It shows a third of the tank at low level. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they made a batch with the fuel gauge float cable installed backwards. Since the part takes most of the day to remove and the wire can be removed and neatly replaced by yourself, and even to do that you had to drain the tank again, I didn't feel like returning the part. . I asked for a discount for full days of trouble they caused me by selling a product that was known to be defective. They only refund the returned item that I haven't had time for in the foreseeable future. I paid full price for a product that is known to be defective. Two years later and a year after the warranty expired, the pump failed and I collapsed on the side of the road. This is a crappy product made by a company that doesn't try to help you if something goes wrong. Buy elsewhere.
