There is something about the intuitive simplicity of a three-hole faucet that beats a single-handle, one-hole design every time. Three-hole faucets are more difficult to install and more expensive to manufacture because you have three separate columns with three separate bases and retaining fittings. But when done right, nothing looks or works better. And this is a beautiful three-hole faucet: elegant, durable, simple. Everything in it is well done. Take a threaded rod to open the drain valve. The stem is made of solid stainless steel with a nice little stainless steel wedge screwed onto it. Good. Equally high quality are the faucet handles, which rest on sturdy stainless steel feet rather than the thinner black plastic found on some of the more expensive faucets. This is a stylish faucet.
