hard to sync best in the home Sensors and alarms

Not sure if this wave of 2nd gen Airthings worked or not. Setup was incredibly easy. The application is simple and easy to use. The problem is to sync this application with the device. Sometimes it syncs and says "Updated" and sometimes it says "12 hours ago" or "The day before". Manually pressing sync sometimes works, but sometimes nothing. If you go to the charts and sync there, then it syncs, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the chart fills but the main window doesn't update. It looks like this device will need to sync to Wi-Fi as the Nest doesn't rely on Bluetooth. Aside from synchronization issues, I found strange readings. History: I came to Wave after a simple 48 hour activated carbon based radon mail test. I have 3.6 pCi/L in my basement back room. Since I was interested in looking at other rooms or seeing how I can reduce this, I bought the Wave. Accommodation in the same room after 1 week I had a reading of 2.3. I found no problem with this lower value - radon varies depending on what I read. Then I tried a few days above and came back in 48 hours 3.2. I tried another room for 48 hours, rated 5.5. To test if it works I reset the location and then left it out for 48 hours. It averaged 5.7 over a 48-hour period and 6.1 on the home screen. Took it back to the basement for a week and it showed 2.1 in a week and 1.6 in 48 hours. I got it back on the road and it returned to 4+ within 48 hours on average. Every time I reset the room to calibrate it. I contacted support and didn't get much help, although they responded quickly and offered solutions to syncing issues. I have returned the item.
