It's very annoying. Not professional!

I wouldn't do stars if I could. This is the bull $#!+. They didn't even take the time to pack it properly. It looks like it's torn. They are wrinkles everywhere. This is very worrying!. I'm not happy at all. Maybe I can't even use it now!
