The only reason I'm glad to wake up at 2am and write this review is because these ultrasonic repellers work like clockwork! My husband and I were aware that we had a mouse lodged in the walls of our master bedroom. Our cats went crazy but couldn't get to the mouse through the walls. It kept me up many nights in a row because of the loud noises I heard from the mouse and the scratching and meowing of our cats. I've tried some transparent green regular mousetraps before that didn't work at all. Before I called the exterminator, I frantically googled "mouse repellent" and came across these ultrasonic devices. We just got them 2 or 3 days ago, hooked them up, and our cats literally just caught and killed a little vole which has visibly crawled out of the walls for the first time since we first heard it. I'm pleasantly surprised because after reading the reviews I figured it would take a lot longer for these devices to get the mice out of hiding! But after 24 hours I stopped hearing the mouse in the wall. Another 1-2 days later and our cats caught him. Now you don't need to call the exterminator anymore! I will most likely be buying more now to put in our basement and garage to help with mice and to check for cave crickets and other pests that have caught our eye since we moved into our New Jersey home last winter are. . Thank you, and THANK YOU for these wonderful little magical devices! I can finally sleep well again. The only warning and potential danger is that the blue light emitted by these devices may be too bright for some people. My husband and I can sleep through it all, so the entrance ticket is 110%!
