Non-stick coating does not work

Frying pan received, fine, no scratches or chips. I used it for the first time and the taiyaki came out fine, didn't stick to the pan, was easy to remove and serve (5 times) because the taiyaki always stuck to the pan and it took a lot of work to get them out . Tried to use it again and the same problem occurs. I think it might be something with a non-stick coating because it worked fine the first time.
